You値l need your information to be cared for by a company which values it as much as you do. We are not the biggest bureau around but you can be sure of a highly personal, accurate and responsive service.

Your data may come in many forms including - warranty registrations, competition entries, orders, enquiries and questionnaires.

To guarantee accurate addressing as entries are keyed we use Postal Address File software which ensures address details agree with the postcode. We値l check digit verify credit card numbers so your income is guaranteed. We can listen to voice files or key direct from hard copy and record data directly while we speak to your customers if you池e using our call centre service. If you want us to we値l double key entries that are vital then that痴 all part of the service which will be agreed by your Account Manager.

If an automated process is more accurate and economic we値l use it. This might be via techniques such as directly importing digitally stored responses from our IVR automated telephone system, data extraction from bar code scanning or downloading from your website.

From opening your mail through to the completion of your project you値l be kept up to date as daily volumes fluctuate so that you can accurately track your response rates.

Data Analysis

You値l want to know how well your campaigns are working. Your reports will show you which media, on which dates, generated the highest returns at the lowest cost per response and if possible why? Or pretty much anything else you need to know.

You may also want to re-design your management reports and to look at different data. Because your database is held on a relational basis provided the data exists we can produce it in the form you need.
